Question 1

How fast will I receive my prepaid VCC?

Accepted Answer

Delivery is instant in almost all cases. Once your crypto payment receives its first network confirmation, our system generates the virtual card and emails it to the address you provided at checkout — typically within a few minutes.

Question 2

Which cryptocurrencies can I pay with?

Accepted Answer

We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT on both the TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks, USD Coin (USDC), and Litecoin (LTC). Pick the network you're paying with carefully at checkout — sending USDT on the wrong network can delay or lose a payment.

Question 3

What exactly is a prepaid VCC and how does it work?

Accepted Answer

A VCC (virtual credit card) is a single-use, prepaid card number loaded with a fixed value matching the ChatGPT plan you bought. You enter the VCC details as your payment method directly on openai.com to pay for your own ChatGPT subscription. It behaves like any other prepaid debit card at checkout — it is not a bank account and it is not reusable once its balance is spent.

Question 4

Do I need my own OpenAI account to use a VCC?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We never sell or share ChatGPT accounts. You create and control your own OpenAI account and simply use the VCC as the payment method when you subscribe. This keeps your account, your billing history, and your data entirely under your control.

Question 5

What if ChatGPT (openai.com) declines the card?

Accepted Answer

This is rare but can happen if OpenAI's billing system flags a new payment method for extra verification, or if the card is used after its validity window. If your VCC is declined, contact support@chatgptwithcrypto.com with your order ID — we will verify the card's status and issue a replacement or refund if the card itself is faulty and has not been used.

Question 6

Are crypto payments refundable if I change my mind?

Accepted Answer

No. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by design, so once a payment is confirmed on-chain we cannot reverse it and cannot offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Refunds are only available when an order was paid for but never delivered — see our Refund Policy for the exact window and process.

Question 7

Is CryptoAI Cards an official OpenAI or Anthropic partner?

Accepted Answer

No. CryptoAI Cards is an independent reseller of prepaid virtual cards. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI (maker of ChatGPT) or Anthropic (maker of Claude). "ChatGPT" and "Claude" are used here only to describe what our prepaid cards can be spent on.

Question 8

Can I reuse a VCC for more than one month of ChatGPT?

Accepted Answer

No. Each VCC is sized and issued for a single billing cycle of the plan you purchased (for example, one month of ChatGPT Plus). Once its balance is used, the card is spent. To renew your subscription for another month, buy a new VCC.

Question 9

What happens to the price if OpenAI changes its ChatGPT subscription pricing?

Accepted Answer

We price our VCCs against OpenAI's current published subscription prices at the time of your order. We do not control OpenAI's pricing and cannot guarantee it will stay the same in future months — if OpenAI raises or lowers prices, the face value needed for a full month may change on your next purchase.

Question 10

What information do you need from me to deliver a VCC?

Accepted Answer

Just a valid email address to send the card to. We do not require identity documents, a bank account, or a card of your own. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect and how it's used.
